What happens if my order was damaged during shipping?

All our deliveries are shipped insured. If there is any damage due to shipping and it is reported to us, the damaged goods will be re-produced and delivered to the customer again.

Due to the insurance during shipping there are no costs for the customer or the store owner.

If you receive a complaint due to a damaged product, it is mandatory that this is forwarded to us.
