What option do I have if an order could not be delivered to my customer?

If an order cannot be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect address), the package is sent back to the store operator.
This happens for the reason that he is the sender of the package on the shipping label.

We as dropshipping provider do not appear for the end customer. Therefore, the package is not sent back to us.

By agreement, we can also arrange for returns to be sent back to us. In this case the address will be checked by our service and a new delivery attempt will be made. The renewed shipping costs are then borne by the store operator.

Likewise, the costs for a return shipment are borne by the store operator.
