What options do I have if an order was not delivered to my customer or the package was reported lost?

Since our packages are all shipped insured, the loss is also insured.
In the event of loss of the package by the shipping service provider, the goods will be re-produced and resent. Of course, we always keep the customer informed about the current status of his order.

In case of non-delivery or return due to an incorrect address, the package is sent back to the store operator. This happens for the reason that the store operator is on the shipping label, since we do not appear as a dropshipping provider for the end customer.
